| Details: | SUMMARY: Confirmed E. coli detection DETAILS: After a TC+ at the bathroom sink last Thursday, Tuesdays triggered sample result from the spring was positive for E. coli. Pete contacted Shane, the owners son, to discuss causes, responses, and corrective actions. WS began serving bottled water to customers and in the coffee maker at their restaurant once the river stage achieved a threshold height, as is their custom. Pete explained to Shane that he needs post notice at the bathrooms and other conspicuous locations. Pete also explained that a long-term solution needs to occur by way of improving treatment on their surface water influenced spring. WS failed to go through plan review last year when adding their cartridge and uv treatment. ACTION NEEDED: post Tier 1 notice evaluate source supply |
