| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 12/28/11 DETAILS: Vickie called this office to inquire about the coliform positive. I hadnt received an alert for the total coliform on that date. She said she knew about the positive sample but was waiting for me to call. I let he know that repeat should have been sampled after the initial coliform positive. I let her know that 5 temporary routine samples are due before the end of the month. She said she will try to get Pat to take the samples and get them into the lab today. I contacted Chuck at the state and he indicated that some emails were lost during the switch over of the email system around new years. The alert email must have been in the batch that was lost. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up results and respond if necessary. | ||
