Tier 1 notice posted and a copy emailed to Lane County and the state. 5 confirmation samples taken with 1 confirming Ecoli at the source. Well evaluation request emailed to Shawn Stevenson. Compliance letter to be mailed once well evaluation is complete. Mike believes outside sources are leaking into the well head due to a crack in the seal.
