Details: SUMMARY: Coliform alert follow up DETAILS: Contacted David via phone to discuss the positive coliform. David reported that he had already turned in 4 repeat samples to the lab today. ACTION NEEDED: David was informed that he shall remain on the current temporary coliform sampling schedule of 5 samples per month until this matter is resolved. If routine positive test is validated by the repeat tests, then system shall issue another tier 2 public notice regarding the coliform test. A copy of the notification shall be sent to the county health and to consumer.
