| Details: | SUMMARY: Classification change DETAILS: Spoke with Michelle VanKleeck regarding the last survey conducted. Due to the number of population listed as 16 and connections 12, the system no longer qualifies as a community water system. The classification was changed to a State Reg Non-EPA system. I left a message for Walter regarding coliform testing quarterly. Yearly nitrate testing and continuing with the point of use arsenic treatment sampling per the plan review approval.
