| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to coliform repeat DETAILS: spoke with Mike. The school district does not have enough funding/students to keep the school operating. School closed in June 2011. The coliform sampling schedule has continued to avoid having to go through plan review. The positive results are due to the water not being used throughout the system. The paperwork was filed to deactivate the system. No longer in use. ACTION NEEDED: System deactivated per Mike Profitt | ||
