Details: SUMMARY: Resolution of nitrate violation DETAILS: The system sampled for nitrate on 2/14/12 after I contacted them on 2/13/12. The sample was reported to the state on 3/5/12. This resolved the violation for missing the 2011 nitrate sample. ACTION NEEDED: System is up to date for nitrate.
