| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation investigation DETAILS: Mike called to ask about the three outstanding lead and copper (L&C) violations. I reviewed the violations to let him know that I would need to talk to Chuck at the state. I called and left a message for Chuck 3/21/12 to let him know that I thought that all three violations could be returned to compliance (RTC"D). Chuck emailed me back on 3/22/12 to let me know the LCR violations would be RTCd on the following day. ACTION NEEDED: Wait until the database showds the violation has RTCd. | ||
