Details: SUMMARY: Discuss continuing issues DETAILS: Spoke with Gene. The new well, #3, which is now considered EP-C is labeled on the state website as UNAPPROVED. There are still factors that need to be addressed. Please bring by my office copies of the well samples that you have for wells #2 & #3. The infrastructure the DEQ installed, I cannot find in my plan review documents. Please bring documents from DEQ. Bring in draft copy of Operation & Maintenance Manual, Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and protocols for other operators. Develop and use a coliform sampling plan. It seems only one resident is being sampled on a routine basis. ACTION NEEDED: Address issues on the previous survey. Refer to the survey and remember they had a completion date of November 26, 2011
