| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant Deficiencies update DETAILS: A site visit was made today to review corrections made to significant deficiencies noted on the 11/30/11 system survey. The coliform sampling plan is complete. The Emergency Response Plan (ERP) is complete ( I made recommendations to provide locks on storage tanks and wells). The Operation and Maintenance Manual (O&M) is complete, (I made recommendations to add instructions on how to shut the system down). The sanitary seal at SRC-AA has been replaced and is watertight. The two remaining deficiencies will be corrected by April 1: chlorine monitoring records and arsenic ( one time) samples at the sources. 3/22/12 Chlorine monitoring records and copies of source samples collected at SRC-AB and SRC-BA were received. All significant deficiencies have been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
