| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation resolution DETAILS: System had missed the 2nd quarter 2011 coliform sampling at the time of the 10/11/11 system survey. When I called to set up the survey date with Dennis I addressed the missing 2nd quarter coliform sample with Dennis and he said he would sample right away. This was noted on the survey write up. The 3rd quarter coliform sample was taken 9/29/11. System has been up to date and reporting coliform samples on time every quarter since the survey. The monitoring violation addressed during the survey has bee returned to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: continue to monitor but system is now in compliance. | ||
