| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation resolution DETAILS: I had contacted Wayne about the missing 2nd quarter arsenic sample on 7/12/11. The system sampled on 7/14/11. I sent an email on 7/20/11 inviting Wayne to the arsenic class in Woodburn and he had indicated that Vladimir had taken cared of the sampling. I documented the system had missed the 2nd quarter sample on the 10/26/11 water system survey. The system has been monitoring and reporting on time every quarter since the survey. The violation has been returned to compliance and the monitoring violation on the survey has been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: The system is still having trouble meeting the MCl so they must continue to sample quarterly and continue to work with the install company to maintain levels below the arsenic MCL. | ||
