| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation resolution DETAILS: Jeff had sent me a copy of the public notice back on 12/21/11. I forwarded the notice to the state and thought I had sent it in to the Drinking Water Program when I received the copy but I couldnt confirm it on the database so I sent it again on 3/13/12. The violation was returned to compliance (RTC) ACTION NEEDED: Contact Chuck about RTC the remaining source violation. | ||
