She also indicated that she sent in the annual summary report and cross connection ordinance to Michael Perry on 2/10/12. These addressed the deficiencies noted on the survey from 12/28/11 ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with Michael to see if the cross connection ordinance is accepted. | ||
