These positive events have been increasing in frequency during the rainy months. ACTION NEEDED: Issue a tier 2 public notice within 30 days. An immediate correction must be made to eliminate the total coliform bacteria from the system. Any permanent alterations to the system must be done under a formal plan review. | ||
