| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Called Jason to discuss monitoring and reporting requirements. Brittany may from Linn County had changed the system type from a state system to a Community system and told the operator show would send him out a letter outlying the requirements. The letter never tot sent and he wasnt sure what he was supposed to be sampling for. I sent him the letter today and informed him the coliform sample and the RAD sample must be taken by the end of the month to avoid any more violations He said he would contact his lab to set up the sampling.
