Details:	SUMMARY: Lead and copper (LCR) exceedence DETAILS: System returned a LCR sample in exceedence of the action level ACTION NEEDED: System needs to resample for lead and copper. The sampling site was stagnant for too long and exceeded the lead action level. The sample should be invalidated except the system never resample as advised.
