| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to spill report in unnamed creek in Tualatin-OERS 2012-1021 DETAILS: I fielded a phone call from Lynda Neal, PHD Duty Officer, who forwarded OERS Report 2012-1021 to me around 11 am on 4/16/12. Report noted that HazMat 9 reported responding to a white substance in an unknown creek in the area of 10th Street and Biggie Street in Tualatin. Repeated phone messages left at 503 803-5684 (the number on spill report) were not returned. After reviewing approximate location of observation, and consulting emergency spill response resources for Washington and Clackamas County water systems with surface water intakes, it was determined that no systems had intakes in water bodies downstream (Tualatin and lower Willamette Rivers) from approximate location of observation. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
