| Details: | Kirk called to clarify a deficiency from the survey. The deficiency is that the springbox is not constructed with an impervious material. The deficiency is noted by looking into the springs and seeing sunlight through thin cracks in the side stone. These have been mortared already and Kirk had the idea to install a French drain from the back of the spring to alleviate snow melt collecting. They have been working on the doors already and will send photos when complete. | ||
