| Details: | SUMMARY: In violation of NoN letter for failing to sample for nitrate/coliform and report to the Drinking Water Program DETAILS: Discussed that he was in violation of drinking water rules, had not complied with notice, was not only at risk of civil penalty assessment but of license revocation for failure to be in compliance with drinking water rules. Mr. Brown stated that he will take the samples next week and turn them in to Delta Labs in Eugene. ACTION NEEDED: Take a nitrate and a coliform sample and submit results to State DWP, as well as fax copies to Douglas Co. Env. Health. | ||
