| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic over MCL at .019mg/l DETAILS: Spoke with Jim (maintenance) that the latest home to exceed was at the Rohl residence. Jim said he was going to go up to the residence to find out if there is something wrong with the POU devices. Jim followed up to let me know the Dias residence unit was installed without a filter. The Romphs unit exceeded because the wrong device was installed. ACTION NEEDED: The corrections will be made and the residences will be re sampled to be sure the corrections were effective. | ||
