Details: SUMMARY: System survey follow up DETAILS: System lacked a source water sample tap during the 5/28/10 system survey. Lori had Crow water install a source water sample tap as well as a new screened vent in November 2011. This corrects the significant deficiency from the survey. ACTION NEEDED: none
