Details: SUMMARY: System survey follow up from survey date 10/15/10 DETAILS: System had a vent on the well head that lacked screening. The system operator Calvin installed a screened vent to correct the deficiency in 1/11. This corrects the only deficiency noted during the routine survey. ACTION NEEDED: none
