| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform 11/30/11 DETAILS: I attempted to contact Ron on 11/30 was unable to reach him. I mailed him the sampling protocol to let him know to do4 repeat samples as well as a triggered source sample as the system chlorinates. I circled all the sampling requirements including the 5 temporary routines on the protocol. Joel stopped by the RV park on 1/2 and was able to let Rons wife know about the positive routine sample. Ron was unavailable at the time but Joel let he know the sampling requirements and that they would receive further instructions in the mail. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further sampling and respond if necessary. | ||
