| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform repeat 1/16/12 DETAILS: More samples taken were total coliform positive throughout the system. This office did not receive the alert for the temporary routine coliform positive samples taken 1/9/12. No more samples are needed for now other than a source sample. The system needs to make a decision to installing and maintain a chlorine residual. I suggested they look into hiring someone to install a chlorinator, go through plan review first. They did replace a line but have still been getting positive samples since then. The system will need 5 temporary routine samples for February. ACTION NEEDED: monitor further sampling obtain updated public notice. | ||
