Details:	SUMMARY: Positive total coliform sample 1/4/12 DETAILS: This office did not receive this alert for the temporary routine samples for sample date 1/4/12. The system did not need to since they were already an MCL but took repeat samples on 1/16/12. The system did take a triggered source sample and it was total coliform positive as well. They will need 5 temporary routine samples in February. ACTION NEEDED: System may need to look into treatment/
