| Details: | Craig, Im obliged by contract with the state drinking water agency to contact you anytime a sample result shows arsenic above the maximum contaminant level (MCL). So I apologize for seeming redundancy in my response between your 6/21/18 arsenic sample results and your 7/12/18 arsenic sample results. It would appear you have met the arsenic sampling requirement for the third quarter of 2018. I hope before the next sample is due (in october) that you have an effective treatment system in place to get arsenic below the MCL. Unless you will have effective arsenic treatment in place in the immediate future, remember to provide public notice based on the most recent results and send me a copy of that notice. BTW some regs say for sample frequency to be spread roughly evenly over the sampling period (i.e. take monthly samples about every 30 days, take quarterly samples about every 90 days, etc...). Thx. |
