| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Jim reported via voice mail that 2 of the 4 repeat distribution samples were positive and the triggered source sample was positive. He stated they would be shocking the well next week. He had a public notice prepared which will be posted and sent to me on Monday 3/26. WE discussed taking special sample at one of the positive sites after shock chlorination had occurred. We discussed the need to submit 5 temporary routine distribution samples in April ACTION NEEDED: Wait for the results of any special samples taken, remit public notice to the state and wait for the April test results. | ||
