| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies now corrected DETAILS: Lakeshore RV/Caps Sanitary Survey on 2/24/12 had four significant deficiencies. They needed to seal the two electrical outlets on the two well heads, screen well #2s vent, and install a flap valve on their cistern overflow. All of the deficiencies are now corrected. Pictures were taken and included in their files. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
