| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring Requirements DETAILS: I called and left message for Sarah Schwab (DOA) relating to monitoring and reporting requirements at this facility. Specifically, they need to submit results for arsenic testing from their well (SRC-BA YAMH 1719). They also need to report their entry point sampling as EP-B reflecting the existing well. The most recent Nitrate results (1/24/11) were reported as EP-A, the use of which was discontinued back in 2004. DOA needs to contact facility to followup on these corrections. ACTION NEEDED: None by DWP at this time. | ||
