| Details: | Operator contacts me on Monday afternoon 11/16 to report that the all the repeat samples were present for coliform. We discuss the chlorination of well and distribution system. Following day a Well Disinfection document was sent to the operator. We then converse via phone about the disinfection process and contact time. I also mentioned the 3 temporary repeat samples that will be required in December and the Level 1 Coliform Investigation. | ||
