| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to coliform alert DETAILS: 1 of 5 temporary routine samples positive for coliform. Process begins all over - 4 repeat samples required. One from the source and 3 from the distribution. No shock chlorinating is allowed prior to taking the repeat samples. Recommended to the operator that he shock chlorinate the system once the repeat samples were taken. The distribution has had multiple pipes break this winter and may be causing the coliform in the system. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples required.
