| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to coliform alert DETAILS: Spoke with Cyndy on 3/12/12. She will be taking 4 repeat samples on 3/13/12 and submit to Analytical Labs. This alert was received from Chuck Michael on 3/12/12 by email which I have copied for reference. I just issued a number for McKenzie Espresso Station (95469) on 3/2/12. We got a lab report faxed from lab Friday at 5:05pm that their coliform test taken on 3/8 came back positive for total coliform. The sample site was the kitchen sin. Because the system has not been added to state website yet we are unable to enter the sample into the database and send out an alert. Please consider this the alert until we are able to enter it into the database. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples will be submitted Waiting for results. | ||
