| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive sample date 3/29/12 DETAILS: Steve called the camp 3/30 and I called on 4/2/12 to leave a message about the total coliform positive. I let him know to take a source sample as close to spring as possible for a triggered source sample and 3 repeat samples in the distribution system ASAP I also let him know to take 5 temporary routine samples in April. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups and respond if necessary | ||
