| Details: | SUMMARY: System survey follow up DETAILS: At the time of the survey the system had not turned in a Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) the previous year. The system turned in the 2010 CCR and certification on 1/12/12. They are now current for the CCR as the 2011 version wont be due until 7/1/12 ACTION NEEDED: Monitor to see if 2011 CCR gets turned in and follow up if needed. | ||
