| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency correction DETAILS: System had two deficiencies that needed attention. No paperwork for the cross connection program and evidence of their devices being tested. We have two backflow devices within the system. Conbraco-2 model 40108A2T - eastside of building. Watts-3/4 model 009QT - boiler room These devices are tested once a year. Last test 7/14/11. No record of a coliform sampling plan being completed. There is a written plan for coliform it was written in 2/22/10. Water lab has a copy of this plan and does the testing for us from the sites indicated on the plan. The testing is one test quarterly. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
