| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan DETAILS: System has submitted a construction waiver request for an above ground fuel tank. A spill response plan is one requirement of waiver approval. Bill Christianson (owner) requested assistance to complete plan. I visited system on 3/8/12 and discussed specific response actions to be completed in the event of a fuel spill. A walkthrough of the system was completed with identification of fuel and electric shutoffs. ACTION NEEDED: None-system completed an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) specific to spill control on 3/13/12. | ||
