Details: SUMMARY: Everest Reservoir DETAILS: The plan review response of 14 Feb 2011 does not appear to address the conditions of approval. Either direct where the information resides in the submission or provide the information on: 1. silt stop, 2. mixing in tank, 3. water level indicator, 4. adequate security in form of locks on ladder and hatch (there is no need to install a perimeter fence if these are addressed). Answers will be sent to DWP this summer. ACTION NEEDED: none
