| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on reporting violation DETAILS: This system had detection of tolulene and Phthlate back in 2008. Follow up samples were taken for 2 quarters and then it was supposed to be yearly for 3 years, 2011 was supposed to be the last year and the operator thought they were done. ACTION NEEDED: I spoke with Greg and he said he would contact his lab for sample bottles the week of 2/13 thru 2/17 and then submit samples for testing. When these results are submitted it should return to compliance the system. I would also request the system return to normal sample scheduling if results are within normal parameters. | ||
