| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up from survey don 2/8/12 DETAILS: Significant deficiencies and rule violations noted are as follows: System does not measure and record the chlorine residual in the distribution system twice a week. Observed the sampling and recording of results. System has not taken annual raw water samples. System took sample today. System does not have a DPD test kit for measuring chlorine residual. System purchased proper kit. System does not have a Maintenance and Operations (OM). System has designed and continues to improve the OM manual. System does not have a coliform sampling plan. System completed the sampling plan and is using it. ACTION NEEDED: Maintain documentation. All significant deficiencies corrected as of today. | ||
