| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring schedules and Coquille DETAILS: Violation occurred because system was on 1 year schedule for lead and copper. Samples collected in 2011 by City of Coquille and analyzed by Umpqua Research to bring Dean Minard into compliance did not get entered into the SDWIS database. Since Coquille is collecting samples for LCR and DBPs that are representative of Dean Minard, SRCA, and Rink Creek WD, this problem should be resolved. The sticking point is Coquille remembering to write on the lab slip that the samples represent these respective water systems. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
