| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to Lead and Copper Rule (LCR) issues DETAILS: I called Morgan to let him know that I was changing his monitoring back to once every 3 years. I informed him his next round would be due between June - September of 2014. Morgan also mentioned he still has a violation that had not been resolved for LCR monitoring and his score was up to a 3. I emailed Chuck M and asked him to return to compliance the violation because they had two additional rounds of LCR monitoring since then. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
