| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation of violation DETAILS: I contacted Amy to let her know that the routine March coliform sample was not submitted to DWP. She said that the lab had switched case workers and she had a new teck for her system. They needed a paperwork update to have test results sent to DWP. She indicated that a sample had been taken but not sent in. I let her know to have the sample sent anyway but she would need an April sample sent & reported on time to resolve the violation. She said that would be no problem. ACTION NEEDED: Watch for test result and return to compliance | ||
