| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation of violation DETAILS: System missed the 1st quarter routine coliform sample. I called Casey and let her know that DWP didn’t receive a 1st quarter sample. She said that it was missed and asked what to do. I let her know that they would need a 2nd quarter coliform sample asap & report to DWP. She said they would sample right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor sample results and return to compliance. | ||
