Details: SUMMARY: Investigation of violation DETAILS: System missed its 1st quarter routine coliform sample. I contacted Jan to let her know that the state didnt get a sample for 1st quarter. Jan thought she had one taken and she would check her paperwork. I let her know that she will need to take a 2nd quarter sample and report the results on time to have the violation resolved. She said she would get a sample ASAP ACTION NEEDED: monitor for sample results and return to compliance
