Details: SUMMARY: Coliform reporting violation DETAILS: I contacted Bob Vastine and he was not sure why he got a violation. I informed Bob that the test results for 4th quarter coliform were submitted late and that there is a 10 day window past the end of the quarter for reporting. ACTION NEEDED: Operator needs to submit next quarter test results on time and any future test results.
