| Details: | SUMMARY: Well Coliform Issues DETAILS: Water system has experienced historic coliform issues. There have been investigations into the possibility that one or both of the wells are hydraulically connected to a nearby pond. HBH was contacted by Mr Allard to provide general assistance with investigating potential sources of the coliform issues, which may include a potential of additional source protection investigations. HBH discussed situation with Mr Allard as well as Allyson Reynolds (Linn County) and reviewed GUI investigation documentation from 1999. ACTION NEEDED: The scheduled site visit was postponed due to a change in ownership. If requested by the new owners, next step would be a physical inspection of the water system. | ||
