| Details: | Called and left a message with Andre on 11/19/2020, describing the violation and the steps that need to be taken in issuing a public water notice for Failure to Maintain 4-log Treatment. I heard back from Jason, staff who works in the office of the park, on 11/20/2020. Andre is out of town until tomorrow. Jason spoke with him today, and he intends to contact me tomorrow when he is back. I sent the park operator, via email, a copy of the instructions and template for the Public Water Notice for Failure to Maintain 4-log treatment. Jason said he will start filling it out. I reminded them: • Send me a copy of the Public Notice and a certification that you met the requirements since the violation. • Send to public as soon as practical, but within 30 days of being notified of the violation. For a community water system, it has to be hand delivered or mailed. It can be a separate notice, or included with the bill. • Be sure to use the mandatory language that is discussed in the instructions. This is all included in the template. 12/2/2020 - Letter of Certification and copy of public water notice received. |
