Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform 3/26/12 DETAILS: George called to determine how many samples he needed to submit. Instructed repeat samples. He believed the chlorinator had gone off line so he expects the problem is already corrected. 5 temporary routine samples are also due by the end of April. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeats and one source. Five temporary routines. Call regarding public notice if any of the repeats or temporary routines samples show coliform present.
