| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I contacted the operator and he was already informed by the lab of the 5 positive routines. He thinks the contamination occurred when the well pump was replaced. I informed him that this is an MCL violation and that he needs to take corrective action and post a public notice and send or fax a copy to the state. I also informed him to do 5 routines in March. ACTION NEEDED: The operator stated he will call a pump service to help him figure out the problem and correct it. | ||
